The location of the hotel is perfect, just over the bridge from the bustling center city, offering a peaceful retreat. However, my stay was marred by various issues like a closed pool, communication problems at the front desk, and persistent marijuana scent throughout the property. The lack of essential amenities and unresponsive staff added to the disappointing experience.
